During his preparation phase for his degree in business administration, he switched to the media camp and initially worked as a TV producer in New York City in the early 1990s. Not least for the model competition "Ford Models Supermodel of the World", on which the show Germany's Next Top Model is based.
Numerous documentaries and production activities for public and private TV stations such as WDR, RTL, SAT 1, Premiere (now Sky) are also among Ercin Filizli's references. His work at the Music Channel VIVA presented him with several challenges. He had to establish a functional structure between the Technical and Editorial Departments and at the same time take over the Management of On-Air Promotion. Ercin Filizli's success secured him the attention of the VIVA shareholders, who entrusted him with the German Management of the Music Video Department of DoRo Produktion - the largest music video production in Europe at the time.
After successful development work, Ercin Filizli left the Department M. and VIVA to concentrate on expanding the Full-Service Digital Advertising Agency VISION UNLTD. CREATIVE WORX. Taking over the production and direction of Stefan Raab's hit "Hier kommt die Maus" (Here comes the mouse) initiated Filizli's work as a Music Video Director, which was followed by versatile productions such as the echo award-winning music video "Lord of the Boards / Guano Apes" and "Big in Japan" as well as "Gone with the sin / HIM".
The start of the professionalization towards a Full Service Digital Agency was the task of global communication work for the Brand Separation at Volkswagen AG in the mid-1990s, after Filizli's references had convinced those responsible, including the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG, to commission VUCX with this complex Corporate Identity Management task. One of the most successful change management projects in the automotive industry.
Filizli transferred the creative heritage of storytelling and media production to the agency business and focused on Strategic Brand Consulting, Content Marketing, Content Creation, Online Marketing, Visual Effects Production, Web Development and Customer Experience with VISION UNLTD. CREATIVE WORX focused on Strategic Brand Consulting, Content Marketing, Content Creation, Online Marketing, Visual Effects Production, Web Development and Customer Experience.
